Subject: Summer Internship: Sustainability & Climate Risk Analysis in Agriculture (Denver, Colorado)
Dear Students,
I have an opportunity to help place an undergraduate or graduate summer intern with Shelton Capital Management, through their Denver office. The project will apply GIS-analysis to agricultural commodity supply chains and analyze how publicly traded agricultural companies in tropical South America report on climate risks, deforestation, and other sustainability metrics. This project combines data analysis, geospatial insights, and industry research.
I'm looking for a student with an interest in sustainability, agriculture, and finance. Strong data organization skills are required, preferably including experience with GIS. While knowledge of agricultural commodities is helpful, it’s not essential. A basic understanding of finance and capital markets is ideal.
Please email me if you have questions or send me your CV if would like consideration for this opportunity.
