Hello Friends, 

We're excited to share a unique opportunity at Weber State University - we're hiring an Energy Navigator to join the Sustainability Practices and Research Center's (SPARC) team, and we'd appreciate your help spreading the word. 

This is a dynamic role for someone passionate about clean energy and community impact. The Energy Navigator will work directly with Utah residents, small businesses, and municipalities to support energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, and water conservation projects.

Based at the new SPARC Home for Sustainable Living in Ogden, the Navigator will provide hands-on guidance — from identifying rebates and financing to exploring technologies — all while helping move our region toward carbon neutrality and advancing the goals of the Beehive Emissions Reduction Plan. We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge of building systems and energy solutions, paired with the communication skills to build trust across diverse communities.
