Please send out to the program the link below to apply for AES' Energy4Talent Rotational Program. It is a 2 year, 4 rotations program open to recent graduates who completed their bachelor's between 12/2019 and 12/2021. Applicants come from both North and South America, with positions on both continents.

While AES does operate legacy fossil fuel assets across the Americas, senior corporate leadership is positioning the AES Clean Energy business unit to be the main business unit in the US within the next 5 years and lead the overall corporation. We predominantly develop solar and battery storage assets, but also work in wind and green hydrogen. I currently work as a Real Estate Analyst, did not enter AESCE through the rotational program, but I can connect students to current rotational employees and speak to my experience here with the company.
