All,

Thanks to Amber Bartz our 3D printer lives again!

To those using the "3D printer self service" option, please plan to spend 30 minutes to get your part printing. Don't leave until the printer is warmed up, calibrated, and actually printing your part. I know that 30 minutes is a long time to wait around---if you would rather save time you are always free to submit the print as a shop job. Our lovely undergraduate workers would be happy to print on your behalf. The tradeoff is that the undergrads do not work every day, so be ready for the possibility of waiting a few days for your part.
