I'm happy to share that the 3D printer has been fixed. I've learned some more tricks, so future downtime should be minimized.

I'm printing some parts today, but the printer should be available as soon as tomorrow.

Turns out the tricky part is replacing filament. If something goes wrong (likely) it can easily cascade into a whole series of problems. Please let me know if you need filament changed I would like to micromanage that process.
