Fargo reviews

I'm not going to regularly add reviewers to my fargo CLs, as I'm not sure the benefit is worth the reviewer's time for fargo.

If you'd like to see and comment on my fargo cls, you can add a watch on the project at https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/#/settings/projects and then you'll get an email when anyone uploads a CL. I'm very happy to receive any kind of comments on my fargo CLs.

Generally I'll leave the CLs up for a day for comment, then give it a +2 myself to commit it.
