Hello FIDL ... fanatics?

I just fixed a 3-year-old bug in the way the infrastructure holds fidl-lint, so you should start seeing fidl-lint comments on your FIDL CLs in Gerrit (example). Hope this is helpful, let me know if you have any questions!
