Last Call Request for Tools Council RFC

Hey folks,

I'd like to move the Tools Council RFC towards last call.  I believe we have feedback from relevant stakeholders.

Although there are multiple outstanding comments, the proposal itself hasn't changed dramatically, and most of the comments have not had any actionable followup since my last response weeks or months ago.  I'd like to start the submission timer as a way of driving towards the final +1s.

Hey Jeremy,

Looking at the RFC status, there are only two +1s, none from someone on the API Council -- which this RFC chips at -- nor from anyone on the Eng Council -- a key stakeholder in adding a new process to Fuchsia. At this time, this RFC is not ready to move to last call.

We'll reach out directly on next steps! Most likely post-holidays.

Thanks, Pascal - I think I misread the intent of Last Call, which IMO reads as if the +1 / +2 process is part of Last Call, not an entry criteria:

I certainly don't want to proceed without stakeholder approval.

When I say "part of Last Call", I mean "a thing to be done once the RFC moves to Last Call".
