Per the RFC process, I'm looking for an FEC member to facilitate my RFC "CI Guidelines" at https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/613084. In short, the RFC is a list of recommendations for project and infrastructure owners to create a sustainable CI experience. This is mostly in preparation for upcoming out-of-tree projects e.g. Workstation, smart display, and drivers out-of-tree.

I've gone through the drafting phase with the engineering productivity group and identified some stakeholders/reviewers, so I believe I'm ready to start RFC step 3. If this sounds/looks reasonable so far, would either of you be willing to be the facilitator on the RFC?

Sorry for the delay! jamesr@ is out and I'm bad at email :P.

I can facilitate. Stakeholder list looks good (probably more reviewers than is strictly necessary); I'll look into whether there's anybody left out. I'll put the RFC into "Iterate", then let me know if there's anything I can help with!
