Hello Eng Council,

The Tech Debt Working group is hosting a Fuchsia Engineering Excellence Conference in June (http://go/fuchsia-eec) where we'll be having time available for workshops. Might there be interest from a FEC member to give a workshop or talk on writing an RFC?

The FEC has just put out a set of best practices for writing and reviewing RFCs. You can find them here: go/fx-rfc-best-practices

These practices aren't prescriptive rules, we just believe RFCs that follow them tend to go through review more easily and end up being more useful to future readers.
