RFC "Evolving error types" (https://fxrev.dev/1420054) is now in the "Draft" phase.

This means that the author is ready to iterate on their proposal with all appropriate stakeholders. If you believe you are a stakeholder for this RFC, now is the time to get involved, if you aren't already!

Once all stakeholders are identified and approved by Eng Council and the RFC and associated discussion have converged, it will move to Last Call.
