RFC: Encoding ABI revision into packages

Hello everyone,

I've written an RFC on how to encode the ABI revision into packages, which should eventually enable components to select which system interface they would like to target.

The draft has been through some rounds with some stakeholders, and I believe it is now ready to enter the "iterate" phase.
