Flutter App Samples

I'm new to Fuchsia and as a learning exercise I want to get a simple Hello World Flutter app running on FEMU. The documentation is a work in progress and I can't seem to find any sample apps or tutorials that walk me through the process of creating a component (and package) for a simple Flutter app, and running it. 

 

Are there any other articles, sample apps, or the like I can use to help me get started?
