v2 components in the serial shell

Someone asked me how to run v2 components in the serial shell. Today I think the options are not great. I believe the serial shell itself is a v2 component. What would happen if this component had a child collection and a `run-v2` which started that component in the collection?

I'm a big proponent of just getting ffx over serial working and using that instead.

That seems good too, although, what happens if my only computer is the one running Fuchsia?

ffx should also be able to run on the device one day, or so I've heard. Also serial != on device shell - on serial you implicitly do have a second computer :).

tl'dr yes for ffx over serial from the host. And also very likely yes for ffx on the target. There was early exploration on how this could work for a workstation use case (computer running Fuchsia) but nothing material yet on that front.
