New Release: Forseti Security v2.19.1

Forseti Security team is excited to announce the release of Forseti Security version 2.19.1!

Highlights:

• Inventory
• Add try-except block for CAI export to handle disablement of resources in CAI.
• Notifier
• Fixed bugs in notifier where Python strings were being passed to functions expecting byte-arrays
• Unit Tests
• Fixed unit tests that would intermittently fail in TravisCI.
• Terraform
• Added boot disk type and boot disk size variables, with increased default disk size.
