Excellent, thanks.  When do you expect the new issue to “go to press”?

Hi Tim,

Thank you for your message.  It won't be necessary for you to mail these changes to us tomorrow; you can make these edits when you receive the proof from the typesetters.

Hi Kenneth

Thanks for getting in touch and we are delighted this will be published at last - not least because it heralds the inaugural issue of PeerJ Computer Science.

We had a few very minor final changes to put in - just tweaking language in a couple of paragraphs - already discussed with your editors - if you’ll give me until tomorrow a.m. I’ll get them into the PeerJ Archive, and/or send directly to you, whichever you prefer.

All best

Tim

Achieving human and machine accessibility of cited data in scholarly publications

Dear Tim,

Congratulations on your manuscript acceptance!

It doesn’t look like we need anything from you at this juncture, so we’ll be moving forward to creating the proof PDF for you. You can expect the proofs to be emailed to you in around 10 business days with a tentative publication date and we’ll ask you to return all corrections and responses to the queries in the PDF file within 24 hours if possible.

If you need more time, it’s no problem for us to adjust the publication schedule as necessary.

In your correspondence to us, you wrote:

We agree to CC-BY but Joe Hourclé cannot as he is a government employee and does not own copyright. All others agree to CC-BY. Please advise.

Since one of the authors cannot sign up to CC-BY and needs to use the CC0 license, we have set the submission to have a CC0 license. If we need to adjust this, we can do so at the proofing stage.

Best regards,
Kenneth
