Greetings Force 11, RW and Crossref

Following the good news about RW database acquisition, and as I work on preparing  evidence to support my own file to support my report to RW, I am requesting input on formulating a set of guidelines for reporting evidence, on what evidence to publish, how to do so intelligently and in compliance with good practices (especially avoiding tricky legal challenges).

Please reply to this thread as you see fit, on- or off list and/or please add some excellent advice on this doc for later collation and eventually open distribution
