RMA Webinar August 28th and Conference Call August 29th

Dear Learning Community members,

Please mark your calendars for Tuesday, August 28th from 3 pm - 4:15 pm EST for our final webinar for this learning community!

This webinar will feature Northeast based immigrant farmer organizations including the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project in MA, the New American Sustainable Agriculture Project in NH, the International Institute of NH, and the Southern New Hampshire Services. Representatives from these organizations will share their strategies and challenges in building the capacity of limited resource producers in addressing food safety and liability insurance issues and accessing local, institutional markets. 

Please mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 29th from 1 pm - 2 pm EST for our final conference call for this learning community!

During the conference call, we will "digest" the information presented on the webinar, discuss how it relates to our experiences of working with limited resource producers, brainstorm other strategies to improve the overall effectiveness of our work with limited resource producers, and other related topics.
