I am compiling a list of resources on addressing the food safety and liability insurance requirements of institutional markets. This information will be added to the existing information on:  http://www.foodsecurity.org/insurance.htm    

Please see the attached document and email me resources, contacts, and Northeastern/ Mid-Atlantic state food safety programs you think I should add to this list. 

If possible, please send these by the end of the month. If you need more time, just let me know when I can expect to hear from you.
