IAFP 2015 Session Monitoring

Hi All:

It is time to sign up as session monitors for IAFP 2015. Here are the instructions, PLEASE READ.

1. Visit https://iafp.confex.com/iafp/2015/webprogram/meeting.html and read about this year's session. You can also create your personal schedule on that same page.
2. IAFP wants to fill by slot time so 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. and 1:30 - 5:00 pm. Each block will be paid $65. This means that if you select two short sessions, they must be consecutive and within the same block (S1 and S2 or RT4 and S7, for example) so that you are monitoring during an entire morning or an entire afternoon but you will get $65 for the block, even if it's composed of two sessions. Long blocks composed of a single session also get $65. 
3. Go to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QC53Ra464dPMGq8C7C_zkKIW3UwX--8OK6klkLPeKug/edit?usp=sharing. You will have access to edit this document.
4. Two people will monitor each BLOCK so check that there is at least one spot open in the session you want.
5. Write your name under the session number and your affiliation (Example: Byron Chaves-TTU, Matt Moore-NCSU, etc.).
6. Immediately after you select your block on the document, EMAIL ME (byrond...@gmail.com) your session block choices so I keep a record in case of dispute. The subject line should read SESSION MONITORING and the two sessions your chose (S1, RT5...).

Just a few notes: If there are more open spots, I will let you know you can sign up for a third but for now we are doing only two per person. We are trusting that no one will erase or modify anything on the grid, so we are following an honor's code here. I will have emails from each one of you in case of dispute and to double check again the spreadsheet.
