Suggestions for change

Hello Daniel,

Ultradox is great. In my experience, there is no other environment with such a variety of possibilities.

I have two suggestions for changes:

• If possible, I would like to see that "Show console" is by default checked in the Ultradox editor's View menu
• When running an app, it asks the user: Run again? There are many instances in which this question is inappropriate. In my opinion, developers should decide whether to ask this question.
