Hello

We are trying to place a variable into a watermark in a google doc template

Somehow it seems like the token substitution doesn't work, even when we place a variable with a default value, we don't even get the default come through as a watermark - there is no watermark at all in the generated google doc

Is there something specific we need to do to get this to work?

Thanks
Matthew

Hi Matthew,
could you share the involved files with me on drive so that I can have a look and reproduce the issue?
Thanks!

Thanks Daniel

I just shared a folder with you that has a simplified example that shows that the watermark in the template does not get transferred to the generated document

Regards,
Matthew

Thanks for sharing! Looks like the watermarks are not (yet) supported in Ultradox. We export the Google Doc in odt-Format to apply the processing, probably it gets lost there or not properly exported.
I'll look into that and will keep you posted.
