Multiple Submits - Google Forms

We make use of Google forms is it allows for our team to easily process information under our domain.

Over the years, we’ve had some issues with certain forms, duplicating workflows and we can’t understand why.

Forms have been rebuilt, but we’re still left in these instances where it’s almost as if the submit button is double clicked when it’s only pushed once.

Has anyone had any luck or experience this type of issue before? 

I recall that this is potentially a Google bug when it comes to forms but I’m curious if this is something that affects other Ultradox Users.
