I'm receiving an error saying that access to the Gmail account is required, but when I check on the Manage Connected Accounts, all account info tests successfully.

How can I proceed?

I blew up the ultradoc and created a new one and it works... no need to respond

I am running into this exact same issue with sending emails.  All access is showing a successful connection.  This is happening for several different ultradox.

There was also a message saying that the service account needed Domain Wide Delegation.

I don't want to have to recreate new ultradox, so how can I proceed with getting these to work properly?

Thanks!
Brian

Hi,
please disconnect both email permissions and reload your Ultradox automation. It should then ask you to grant access again.
If this doesn't help, please let me know.
Best,
Daniel

I disconnected both successfully... but when reloading the automation, it only provided the ability to authenticate for " Manage your basic mail settings " -- it has not presented the option to authenticate to "Send Email on your behalf".

How can I get that to option to be presented?

Hi,
will it ask you if you add another plain email block to your flow?

So, I cannot get *this* ultradoc to ask me again...  If I open a different ultradoc, it will ask again, and show that I have enabled the permissions to send on behalf...  But going back to this original ultradoc, it will test successful, but then fail when sending.

I do see this difference, though, in *this* ultradoc and one that does work.

Working one:

This one that doesn't work:
not working.jpeg

Notice the sender and gear line for the Send Email block... when that is present, I can authorize the email to be sent on behalf... when it's not present, I'm not given that option.  Why would those 2 blocks work differently?

Thanks again,
Brian
