Failed to convert document error

Hi

I received this error at 04:35 (about 25 mins ago)

Failed to convert document, Ultradox engine (ip=35.201.97.72) failed. Please activate automatic retry (blue button) in your document generation builing block.

I have no idea what 'blue button' the message refers to.

I am a bit concerned as a payment had been processed, but it fell over when generating the invoice. The block that it failed on was a Generate PDF from Google Doc building block. if i had have missed the error, no invoice would have been generated and we would not have received a notification to action their request.

I reran the flow and it worked...but I'm a bit concerned 

Any help appreciated.

I've been receiving too, quite frequently. And the automatic retry is already in place...

We're also still seeing a massive error rate with the document generation flows. 

@Daniel Florey - do you know what the source of this issue is? It is impacting our ability to generate documents reliably.

Hi,
we are in touch with Google to find the root cause for the issue. We see an increased error rate on their end and did not change anything on our side.
I'll keep you posted if we have more information or if we find a workaround.

Same, here. Many processes are time outing multiple times before finally being processed.

Hi all,
we have created a VPC network at Google's end with a new loadbalancer and internal routing between all servers.
Hopefully this will improve the situatrion.
If you still see a lot of conversion errors, please let me know in this thread by posting the error message (it should show the new internal IP of the load balancer in the error message).
