Hi Emil,

Please first confirm that the hardware you're running is supported. Check the following page, run system checker to make sure your hardware is supported: https://docs.flexiwan.com/installation/vm-bm-installation.html

You need WAN and LAN interfaces assigned in order to get flexiWAN working. Please follow device configuration guide here: https://docs.flexiwan.com/management/device-mgmt.html#device-configuration

Thanks,
Ivor

Hi Ivor,
I have executed the  fwsystem_checker  and all items passed including hardware items .  See attachment where it shows that the WAN and LAN interfaces are not assigned.  I followed the instructions in  https://docs.flexiwan.com/management/device-mgmt.html#device-configuration  but there is no way for me to adjust the public IP or GW address as suggested by the documentation.  What is the best way to change the public IP and GW addresses?
Best,
Emil

Hi Emil,

Interfaces must be assigned first, simply click on red “No” and assign them. Also don’t be afraid to change things, you can always start again :)

Once interfaces are assigned you can make changes, update device and finally run vRouter.

Thanks!
Ivor
