Unable to Install QoS policy on device

to flexiWAN users

I want to install QoS Policy on the device, but I get the below error from the manager. My device has 3 CPU cores.

"Can't install QoS policy: QoS feature requires 3 or more CPU cores and at least 2 vRouter cores"

How should I fix this problem?

Also, the value of vRouter cores and the current vRouter cores do not change.

Dear Jacob,

This is exactly the configuration menu to modify the vRouter cores.

You have to change it (bottom field) to at least 2 in order to enable QoS, then click on "Apply Configuration" button.

The two top fields shows the current status.
