Regarding installation and running FlexiWAN

Can anyone help for running this project on my local system.
I am trying to run it in Ubuntu 22.03 version and installed every requirement as well.
After giving the command python3 fwagent.py start on terminal,
Following statements shows up:
root@ubuntu:/home/ubuntu/Documents/flexiagent# python3 fwagent.py start
ignore FwagentDaemon::start_main_loop(cannot connect to ('127.0.0.1', 9090): [Errno 111] Connection refused)
ignore FwagentDaemon::start_main_loop({"start_vpp": false, "start_applications": false}): daemon does not run/respond
root@ubuntu:/home/ubuntu/Documents/flexiagent#
