Dear community,
2020 has been a very exciting year for the Open Developer Platform (ODP), we consolidated our content into GitHub and
odp.finos.org, we hosted discussions that led to the formation of the Git Proxy project, and we continued supporting numerous FINOS contributions, including Legend, which includes a runtime environment hosted on
legend.finos.org/studio (a first for us).
Looking at 2021, we will work with the Linux Foundation to take full leverage of
LFX and all of their tooling to provide an even better development workflow for our community; we will introduce new tools which will enable project developers and maintainers to work more independently and increase automation in their day-to-day work in FINOS.
For these reasons, we're making some changes to the existing bi-weekly ODP meeting, We will cancel our regular gathering on Wednesdays at 12pm EST and, instead, provide
this link to book sessions with the FINOS team to:
Please join us on December 16 for the last ODP meeting as we know it right now. It will be a great chance to meet and share opinions about the future of ODP.
Stay tuned for more details about the ODP 2021 roadmap.
Thanks!
