Our Community is growing quickly, made of individuals like you actively contributing sweat equity and passion. Thank you - grazie! - as It's first and foremost because of you if this year over 60% of our new projects were contributed by banks. I am extremely proud of what we accomplished so far, and, as I always say, it's just the beginning.

Welcome to our new Members

Join 2 New Special Interest Groups
- Regulation Innovation (sponsored by our New Associate Member AIR and ING): Together the outstanding response to the Open RegTech initiative, this group is going to drive FINOS progress in leveraging open source to mutualize regulatory implementation. Follow the SIG early stages and join the upcoming first meeting if you are interested!
- DevOps Mutualization (chaired by Morgan Stanley with support from Cloudbees): This is a fantastic example of grassroots collaboration from our Community, in the realization that there are common and very special requirements for a regulated industry like ours when it comes to internal DevOps. Diversity and Inclusion Committee update
The Diversity and Inclusion group, led by our Chair Emeritus Alejandra Villagra (Citi) has presented its initial charter and recommendations to the Board on how to make an impact on diversity on our team, Board, Community. The group continue to operate as a Board Committee and will extend to everyone who volunteers or volunteered already. Expect it to influence our 2021 strategy, so stay tuned!

I tried to keep this note short, but as you can see, there's so much going on. I hope this gives you a few ideas on how to get engaged.
