The talk will describe the concerns, the unknowns and the discoveries the company made in this journey.

Finally, for Program Management Committee leads, Program Management Committee (PMC) members, and FINOS project leads, a reminder that
next week is the Q2 board meeting. Ahead of that meeting, as usual, we'll be following up with all 10 programs regarding their quarterly health check reports. We've also reached out to the four Q1 focus projects - Perspective, Plexus, Alloy, and the ongoing Synthetic Data contribution from Citi - for updates on those efforts.
Additionally,
all 44 projects in either an active or incubating state should have their 2020
project roadmaps published now, or have plans in place to soon do so. As we compile the program health checks, and looking ahead as we prepare for the likely removal of programs altogether as a Foundation governance construct, we (Rob and I) may be reaching out this week to some projects and their respective project leads about your roadmaps and progress to date this year. As always, the most important thing we'd like to hear from projects and the community is about any needs, obstacles and challenges you and your project might be facing, especially what your project may need in terms of new contributors (e.g. skill sets, languages) or contributions (e.g. features, pull requests), and how both the FINOS staff and the FINOS board may be able to further assist and support you. Thanks for all your help.
Have a great week and please contact me at
ait...@finos.org if you have any questions and especially if you would like to present at a future FINOS virtual meetup.
Best,
Aitana
