Reminder: ODP Meeting at Noon ET / 5pm BST

A reminder to all PMCs, with an fyi to our wider community, that the Open Developer Platform (ODP) working group meeting is starting in a few minutes at noon ET. 

(A reminder too that working group, project, PMC, etc. meetings such as this can be found on the foundation calendar.)

The ODP working group meeting is the meeting at which the backlog (https://finosfoundation.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=1&view=planning.nodetail&versions=visible&epics=visible) of program and wider FINOS community tooling features/ideas/needs is curated, prioritized, and sequenced into sprints. 

If you want to advocate for a new feature for an existing ODP tool or ask about a new tool altogether for your program, especially if you think it would be useful to other programs, this is the meeting to attend to "lobby" for that feature and contextualize why and how urgently your program/project needs it.

Today the ODP meeting also has a special guest from Whitesource to discuss some new features; Whitesource is a component of the Open Developer Platform CI/CD tooling available to developers in any of the 11 FINOS programs.

Thank you too to Ronen Soreq for presenting on White Source, which is integrated into the FINOS Open Developer Platform; if you're interested in learning more about, or simply new to, the ODP, check out the ODP page in the wiki of the Financial Developer Accelerator program within FINOS. 

A reminder too that if you have suggestions for new features, capabilities, or tooling that would be useful to you and/or developers within the FINOS community and its programs and projects, and that you'd like to see built into or added to the FINOS Open Developer Platform (extra points if you might like to help design, build, code, and/or deploy some of them yourself!), please make those suggestions by submitting those ideas to he...@finos.org and we'll make sure they get into the ODP backlog and queue for review and consideration.
