Technical Steering Committee Update

Hi FINOS Community,

I just wanted to give you all a brief update on the Technical Steering Committee. This group was assembled in May 2022 and has been meeting regularly ever since. So far we have:

• Held numerous meetings, which have been minuted in GitHub
• Created a set of principles which we use to evaluation contributions into FINOS.
• Applied these principles to the Rosetta DSL contribution
• Assembled a backlog of work 

If you'd like to get involved, have questions, feedback or input, you are very welcome to join the discussion or open issues.

Also, if you are a project maintainer, or working group organiser, please do get in touch if you feel the TSC can support you.
