Is FIDO_2_1_PRE the newest version of FIDO2 authenticator?

I have a authenticator. Its deviceInfo is below:

Is it a preview version? I can't understand "credentialMgmtPreview, userVerificationMgmtPreview, and 7 to 10". Why I can't find them in the FIDO Alliance specification?

You have a Fido 2.1 preview key.   Hence the string FIDO_2_1_PRE in the version as required for credential management feature detection.

Unfortunately the unreleased Fido specs are not publicly available. 

My opinion of that policy is already well known.

7 maxCredentialCountInList

8 maxCredentialIdLength

9 transports (from WebAuthn)

10 algorithms List of supported algorithms for credential generation. The sequence is ordered from most preferred to least preferred

Thanks. The CTAP2.1 isn't publicly available. Why can a manufacturer have implemented it? This preview keys have appeared on the market.
