root certificate for enterprise attestation test certificate

Hi All,

I see fido published enterprise attestation conformance tool test RPID, certificate and private key.

How do I get the root certificate for it at https://github.com/fido-alliance/conformance-test-tools-resources/blob/master/docs/FIDO2/Authenticator/README.md . Can somebody point me to it, so that I can use it to validate the certificate provided here.

I want to use the test certificate provided here for testing in my tool. This will help me to share same certificate with conformance tool and my application.
