Failed to derive attestation for a specific test in FIDO conformance tool

I am using the Yubico web authentication library Implementing  FIDO  mds3 server for my project. After implementation, while testing in the FIDO conformance tool, A test is failing continuously, showing the below error.

Registration verification failed: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Failed to derive trust for attestation key.

 I have downloaded the test metadata from the button "Download Test Metadata"

But even though after importing the metadata through com.yubico.fido.metadata.MetadataBLOBPayload, I am getting the same issue. 
I downloaded the metadata zip file, extracted it, and added it to the directory example/fido-conformance-mds.

is this a known issue?

Please reply ASAP.
