Queries regarding FIDO Conformance Tool

I need to get some information. I currently have access to the FIDO Conformance Tool, but according to the documentation, I also need to register as a vendor to use it. Do we already have any vendors registered? Also, when using the provided APK, I noticed an additional field in the APK that isn’t mentioned in the documentation.
