How to obtain/get/prepare unique AAGUID for Fido2 Authenticator

How to get a new unique AAGUID for fido2 authenticator ? is it any process to get?

For the record, for other people finding this thread,

Open PowerShell and type "New-Guid" and you'll get a fresh GUID V4.

so people just make up their GUID and go with that, okay. I would have thought these are given out by the Alliance or whatever to make sure they are unique and all and dont just happen to intersect with anything existing.

A GUID V4 is composed of 128 bits:

-          48 bits of timestamp,

-          28 bits of hi-res timer,

-          48 bits of nonce,

 

So it can be considered as probabilistically unique.
