1.

Windows system environment, run FIDO Conformance test tool->U2F1.1/1.2 - MDS3
->Test Transports->The first item U2F Register-1 P-1 After running, the software crashes and gets stuck in

But in the MacOS system environment, there will be no such abnormal behavior
 
There are U2F authenticators on the market that seem to be able to reproduce the problem.

This is the case from v1.7.4 to v1.7.10

I found that there are authenticators on the market that support U2F

Windows system environment,

->Test Transports->The last item F-4 will have the following problem

After the FIDO Conformance tool is updated v1.7.11, retest
still can repeat the issue.
