Is there any method equivalent to Signal API for mobile

If we have iOS/Android apps and would like to delete/update credential data similar to what signalUnknownCredentialId or signalCurrentUserDetails achieve in the Signal API (https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/wiki/Explainer:-WebAuthn-Signal-API-explainer), is there existing methods that we could use? If not, is there a plan to add them? Thanks
