android 14 credential provider with fido

Hi Fidos,

I'm trying to build an android based authenticator for fido2,
I joined the android 14 beta program and i implemented the android api for passkeys

There is something I don't get,

when i tried to scan a qr code from webauthn.io i assumed it will fire my credential provider service which it didn't.

what am i missing?
