W3C terminology, but I actually can't find a definition of that
(apart from "maturity level", which seems separate) in the W3C process doc...
Anyway, Jeff Hodges compiled a summary of changes at the release of WD-02 (working draft 2). I'm guessing he'll do the same for upcoming releases as well: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webauthn/2019Dec/0034.html
