Release v1.7.18 - FIDO2, U2F, and UAF Conformance Tooling

Release notes

FIDO Certification Conformance Tooling Release v1.7.18 includes updates to all test modules:

• Fixed "parseUVModality is not a function" when running a specific combination of tests. (#14)
• Fixed "IPC Timeout" error in U2F tests. (Manual Update)
• Updated CTAP 2.1 AuthenticatorConfig test to verify that changing minPINLength doesn't cause forced PIN change for that test. (#12)
• Updated HID 'keepAlive' tests in CTAP2.1 to be conformant with the specification. (#600 and #624) 
• Added CID reuse for stateful commands in CTAP2.1 when using HID. (#736)
• Signed installation binaries for both Windows and MacOS. (#488)
• Updated server tests to use residentKey instead of requireResidentKey. (#717)
• UX improvements to results submission dialog comms. (#53)
