User need to be throttle ,when user entering the password multiple times.

Hi Team ,
                During Login via passkey from the platform authenticator (Mac os) ,user prompts to place the touch id or enter the password as a fallback option,and user can enter the wrong password multiple times .as a organization level, this behaviour is not acceptable ,as a Relying Party can restrict the user have to enter password only at the certain limit. is there any way?.

No. You would need to use a managed authenticator and/or a managed device.
