Help) iOS Test App Installing issue

Hello,

I have a question about installing "fido-conformance-tools-ionic-v1.7.6.ipa".

When I install and run the app, I see the following error:

"This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified."

Can you explain how to install it?
