Moment tensor web service?

Dear colleagues of the FDSN Working Group III,

At the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC,
http://www.emsc-csem.org), we are working on the European EPOS project
(Work Package 8,
https://www.epos-ip.org/data-services/community-services-tcs/seismology).
We are in charge to develop a web service to expose moment tensor data
and we wonder if the discussion of a "FDSN-moment tensor" web service
has been initiate here and if you know anyone else doing that at that
moment ?
