Fwd: Review of the New Authentication Method for FDSN Web Services proposal

Dear Working Group 3,

The proposal review team for a "New Authentication Method for FDSN web services" has been completed with the following summary:

"We recommend moving to the evaluation stage of the FDSN proposal review framework."

Attached are the details of their evaluation.  We thank Philip Crotwell, Robert Pickle, and Jonathan Schaeffer for their efforts.

Call for volunteers for the evaluation and adoption phase

We now need to identify members of the community for the next phase of the review during which details of the proposed method will be determined, in particular the details of implementation.  The result will be a proposal for adoption including requirements and recommendations for implementation details.

If you are willing to serve on this team for the next phase please let Marcelo (Vice Chair) and I know by March 9th.
