New reference data examples added to miniSEED v3 specification

Dear WG II,
Two new reference data examples have been added to the miniSEED v3 specification:
1. A header-only record with FDSN and non-FDSN headers
and
2. A record with large field Source ID incompatible with SEED:
“FDSN:NETWORK_STATION_LOCATION_G_XX_” (not real, for illustration only)
and
2. A record with large field Source ID incompatible with SEED:
“FDSN:NETWORK_STATION_LOCATION_G_XX_” (not real, for illustration only)
which should be helpful for those developing software to handle these cases.
