Proposal for DAS metadata: thanks to the reviewers

Dear WG2 members,

I would like to mention that the First Review Team of the Proposal (A
new DAS Metadata schema) has already started their work.

Let me here publicly thank Stephane Zuzlewski, Brian Kennett and Reinoud
Sleeman for the time and effort they are investing on this work for the
FDSN community.

As soon as their recommendation is available we will make it available
and vote as we usually do.

Again thanks to the reviewers and to all the members that showed
interest in this.
