Local School Council Elections Judges Needed

CPS’s Office of Local School Council Relations is gearing up for this year's LSC Election cycle.
For the 2024 LSC Election, CPS is utilizing an online application process to hire election judges. We are using DocuSign, with industry-standard data encryption technology, to enable you to submit your application securely to the Office of Local School Council Relations. The Election Judge Application is available in English and Spanish. To start the process, click the link below to request an election judge application: CLICK THIS LINK TO REQUEST JUDGE APPLICATION.
Once the form is completed, an application will be emailed to you at the email address that you have indicated. Please allow up to two business days for a reply and an email from DocuSign with a PERSONALIZED link to your LSC Judge Application. DO NOT SHARE YOUR JUDGE APPLICATION LINK, as it is specific to you. Once you start the application, complete it as soon as possible. If it is not completed and signed, the document will expire in fourteen (14) days.
To work for CPS, you must complete an LSC Election Judge application, a W-9 IRS Form, and a CPS Internal Accounts Vendor Form. The information you provide on your application and W-9 Form must match the information associated with your social security number.
